There's definitely something honorable about not wanting to jump ship on a team you've been with for your entire career...but he really needs to stop being so nice and start having some prima donna hissy fits and storms to get that front office serious about winning. I'm not saying he should get too ridiculous and arrogant, but he is a top-5 player in the league and behaves like he's the ninth man on the team's depth chart.
