colored eye contacts

hey i was thinkin about gettin colored eye contacts for my eyes, but i dont need glasses or adjusted contacts for my eyesight, i just want to color my eyes. i hear you have to have a prescription for it. anyone know if this is true? thanks!

I would say you do otherwise they'd sell them in the stores. Contacts have to be fitted for your eyes. If they don't fit properly, they will bug the crap out of you.

Go to the Optomitrist and have then fit you for the right size contacts, they have sample lens for you to try and see what colors you may like. If you go to the flea market or any one not an Optomitrist, you RISK SERIOUS damage to your eyes...infections, corneal ulcers, and of course in worst case...blindness from ill fitted lenses.
That is free advise from a contact lense wearing and your favorite nieghborhood Paramedic...
