panda express sucks worse than chinese food at the mall
Today I picked up a jiu jitsu magazine and went to Panda Express at Bandera and 1604. Then of all people to walk in while I'm reading a martial arts mag, here comes Pete Spratt.
When he walked by me I gave him a nod and said "What's up Pete". He gave me a nod back and said "hey man". As you might imagine, nobody there recognized him.
I know Pete fought at last weekend's UFC and lost to Marcus Davis. My question is do you think Pete is just visiting SA or might he be training here? Huerta trains here and there are couple of good mma gyms in town that tend to dominate the local shows. Anybody know?

Some guy said the same thing as I was leaving and Pete Spratt kicked him in the head.

-saw tory aikman in nordstroms at northpark mall
-saw michael irvin at northpark mall
-i also saw gary matthews jr and his wife in nordstroms
-i saw desagana diop and jerry stackhouse at the mall
-dirk nowitzki at speedzone
that's pretty cool...I think Spratt is a Houston guy? He's from somewhere down there...
Here's his fight with Marcus Davis, by the way...

Okay. I get it Dallaskd. You're not impressed.
MFFL!
I thought he trained with Dave Menne in Minneapolis.
I thought during last weekends UFC they said he trained here in SA. Of course I'm not positive if he does.
I figured a couple of things out on this. It looks like Pete Spratt has been training with Jesse James Leija here in SA and also trains at a place called Shadow Fist.
IX, you're right about Huerta. He's in Menne's camp but grew up in Texas.
A couple months ago I saw Pete Spratt and his girl at the Gold's Gym on IH10 & De Zavala pretty regularly. Haven't seen him there in a while though.
I also kept seeing a guy there that I thought could pass for a pro wrestler. Turns out after a little research, it was Lance Cade from WWE. Haven't seen him there either lately though.
