Rented it. Laughed a little, but was generally disappointed. I bought into the hype of the movie and so I think I had higher expectations.
I was most happy during viewing when movie show ended.

It's like Napolean Dynamite. Fun to quote with your friends, but not something I'd want to watch all the way through repeatedly.
I saw it a week ago for the first time, and laughed very little. Overall, I thought it was horrible. There was way too much hype surrounding this movie. Borat in the Ali G Show >>>> Borat the movie.

Agreed. Borat was a let-down for me. I laughed a lot, but mostly because so much of the movie is really disturbing.

I would have to agree. Under the "R" rating it said the movie contains "graphic nudity". Had I known THAT was the graphic nudity I might not have pushed the play button on the remote.
Why you peeps trying to downplay the movie because everybody liked it? It's okay to be apart of the crowd. It doesn't make you a bandwagon. You know it was funny.

I saw this guy on Letterman when this flick came out.
His act was funnier when Yakov Smirnov did it.
Y'all don't have to worry about it not being available at Blockbuster because I've rented it.
