you can't flush steroids but you can mask them. so there are other possiblities besides tainted supplements.
1) he did not get inside info that the test was coming and did not have time to have the steroids masked before the test
2) The mask did not work.
Neither of these may not have been the case, it actually might have been a tainted supplement, It just seems that most supplement producing companies would have pretty good controls on what goes in their product. It is not like they just accidentally dropped some roids in the mixing pot.
