, I'm definitely moving now. ing taxes for that are going to be out of control. That development alone will probably require a third HS, several JHSs and tons of new elementary schools.
Word of advice...
We built here in Cibolo almost a year ago now. I love the SMALL town feel of it. Great community. But if you are building in a subdivision, please make sure you get IN WRITING, EVERYTHING they tell you they are planning. I just found out today, we got hosed by our builder. Told when nbought here that there was a huge greenbelt behind out house where the neighborhood community center, playground, park, and pool was going to be built. We even paid more for the land because of this. Now they say no, that this is the City of Cibolo's land, and they may build a city park there in the future. What a bunch of crap, I am SO PISSED! I refuse to pay my homeowners dues and I am on the lookout for a good lawyer!
