My guess is it's a phisher.
You should definitely click on whatever link they provided you and give them your account info so they can fix your access.

they are just trying to get me to go to thier fake Paypal site and give them all of my personal info. soon as I 'log in" at their fake site they have my log in inof, they also have links in the email for me to "update" my credit card and bank info...![]()

I've been getting these a lot lately too. Good thing I updated my account and those dudes with towels on their heads can finally forward the 1.6 million into my account so I can cash it for them and get my percentage.
I get these constantly! Some of them look just like emails from ebay. They want you to forward all those to [email protected].

I've gotten some that look like they're from BofA. While I bank with them, I know they don't have my email addy and the I also noticed the URL was slightly off.
If you're not paying attention, I could see how some schmuck would get suckered in.
