That looks like a pretty good list. I don't know if I put Leaf #1, but they do because otherwise sane and competent people actually preferred him to Manning at one point.
Yesterday on the NFL Network I caught some of the one hour special they had on the top 10 all-time draft busts. Number one, anyone? Anyone?
Ryan Leaf. No .
Others on the list include: Tony Mandarich, Rick Mirer, David Klingler, Tim Couch, Heath Shuler, Lawrence Phillips, Brian Bosworth, Akili Smith, and Audrey Bruce.
Not sure of the order except Ryan Leaf at #1 and Tony Mandarich at #2.

I'm not sure I'd put Leaf #1 either. I kind of feel sorry for him. As soon as he finally started getting his head in the game instead of pretending to be rock and roll stars in hotel rooms with his friends, he started doing better just to blow out his wrist.
