No, I fell asleep that night in the middle you guys arguing about that stupid computer program and haven't had time to mess with it since. It's not a big deal anyway. It's just a small random thing that pops up from time to time. I'll probably call Norton tomorrow and raise and then call MS or Dell. If it doesn't get fixed by one of them, which it should since it's still under warranty then I'll look into downloading Error Killer like you suggested.
