signing bums like Udoka, Bonner, Vaughn to all multi year contracts pretty much KILLED any hope of signing like Brand to max money deals.



Infact most of the Spurs roster for 08 is already set




again, it's this ridiculous notion that the Spurs FO will do anything noteworthy with a sign or trade that always gives me a laugh

if you get a guy with a max contract for 08-09 and timmy with a max contract and tony and manu coming up with their contracts expiring, i really don't see how you can have a decent bench and very good role players.
