Who likes tortas? There's a place about 5 minutes from where I live that sell some good tortas, I'm eating one right now it has Carne al pastor with tomato, onions and jalapeno peppers and avocado.

And considering the Census Bureau lists California and Texas' population of Hispanics roughly the same, some might say you'd have a better chance in California (but it'd still be higher in SA).

I used to eat tortas all the time. It was cheap. The exact same torta you described, with some charro beans and a soda came out to like $3.20.
