I used to use a program called DJtonexpress to create and send ringtones to my phone. Now I just use Motorola Phone tools to create them and load them on my Razr.

I have the SLVR and used Motorola Phone tools also. Great program.

I get mine on a site called myxertones.com

They're free, but your phone has to have multimedia capabilities.

I've sent several to my Cingular/ATT phone and never been charged.
