Now maybe playing against second or thrid string teams coaching doesnt seem too much of a problem but when best euro teams come along this team will have problems once again.



If they would all be willing i would select:



Head coach: Pop

Assistans: Jerry Sloan and David Blatt (he knows euro players very well and is one of the most succesful coaches in recent Euroleague history)




Imo coaches team USA has now are a joke. Actually, Nate McMillan is the best of those 3.

I don't see how the current staff is a joke. I think it is just fine. D'Antoni bring a ton of international experience. And, Jim Boeheim was a good call to help implement different zone looks on defense. I think Coach K is fine.
