Oscar Schmidt, the best brazilian player all-time, is on TV here and he said Tiago eas the best Brazil player in the tournament. He said everybody was expecting a lot from Nene and Leandro but the guy who stepped up was Tiago.
He said he has a lot of things to improve but he has all the fundamentals to get better and he thinks in 2 or 3 years he'll be Brazil best player
I respect whatever Oscar said, since he was a GREAT, and see that Tiago got a great game, but bring me Alex Garcia, that guy got balls for those games, not sure why he didn't play more minutes.

Splitter looks like a great 28 pickup after the Beno (and hopefully not Mahinmi) numbr 28 drought. Hopefully he can improve his low post game and touch around the basket. If so he'll be a steal in nearly the Parker, Manu category.
He's a loooooooooooooooooooong way off from being a steal in the Manu category...both in terms of draft positon and team impact.
