31 days before players have to report!
They need the practice.
We are going to be special this year!
Special Olympics
So they came early for their special education.
they are coming to see what rings look like since they will never earn them
The exact amount of time required for any evidence of the use of weed doesn't show up in tests.
So we're seriously supposed to be scared because the Blazers started camp early?
You can mold a piece of crap as long as you want. It's still gonna play basketball like a piece of crap.![]()
i'm glad to hear that blazers are into practice. that's discipline. that's spurs-like at ude, influenced by former spurs, now GM Pritchard. goondluck, blazers. let's get it on come the nba season.
knock out the mavs in the 1st round for us
kthxbi
oden is a dunker.. big deal..
your point guard blows.
you have no chance.
Send this thread several years from now and that's being conservative. It takes a lot of time to mold a team together to win championships. It also take a combo of youth and experience and the right people playing together. Now add in some luck and lack of serious injuries to key players. It aint easy and that's way there are only 4 teams with 4 or more rings.
But I'm going to enjoy watching your team play and see how they do. Still pissed at Aldridge/Tucker/Gibson leaving early though - longhorn grad and would have liked to see Durant and them play together. Would have been fun.
How can this not be news?!?! If there were any other NBA players that played pick up basketball in late summer, the NBA would be crazy. But, since there are absolutely no other NBA players playing pick-up basketball right now, the Blazers are going to dominate the entire league and win 25 NBA championships in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is the tall white kid Josh McRoberts?
I have a sneaking su ion the Blazers will exceed expectations this year and win in the low 40s, which may or may not get them a low playoff seed (probably not due to the West's dominance over the East). That will be good for them, and in 2 or 3 years they will be contending.
An observation from yesterday's Blazers practice...
Each day during these games it seems there's been a play or two that has had us all shaking our heads. The jaw-dropping connection today was a Steve Blake pass to Oden. Blake flew down the middle, and as he turned left on the baseline he flipped the ball up over his head. Oden, coming from the weak side, ripped it out of the air with two hands and pounded home a ferocious jam. As you've heard me say, Oden is not only big and strong, he's amazingly quick and athletic. He could be the most impressive power dunker I've ever seen in a practice setting.![]()
I counted at least 4 fouls by Oden. I like our chances.
Oh my God, we're all doomed.

Greg Oden!He could be the most impressive power dunker I've ever seen in a practice setting.
a nice video of the blazers playing with themselves. i just don't know what to do if we lost that first game. Tlong, get a (better) haircut and pipe down.
Actually, there's a striking resemblence.
