    According to Minn paper:

Point guard Troy Hudson, who received a $10 million contract buyout from the Timberwolves this summer, is talking with the San Antonio Spurs and Milwaukee Bucks but wants his role defined before he'll sign.

He's waiting for roster situations on either team to be resolved.

For the Bucks, it's whether Charlie Bell comes back.

For the Spurs, it's whether they get rid of Beno.

I don't think hes out of the running yet...but I don't think hes necessarily the go-to guy either in the eyes of the FO. Even if Beno is outright dropped.

I don't know who else is really available if we need to get another vet point guard. Hud could get more money and PT from the Bucks if Bell goes to Europe, so he's smart to wait.

Hudson will be a great fit in GS. He's a good ball handler and a complete chucker, two qualities that Nellie values above all else. I'm glad he didn't sign here. There are just players you know aren't a fit for SA. Hud is exactly that type.

I don't think the Spurs will sign anyone else unless they find a taker for Mr. Manpurse.

Hey you guys can always have Rafer Alston absolutely free!! He can bring the ball up the floor and get you into your offense pretty effectively, and he doesn't take many shots.

Of course, you can't be assured of his actions when he's gettin' his drink on.
