Granted Kirilenko makes sense for the Suns as much as any option (though his jumper is suspect), but I don't really see how Utah would work out for Marion. He's not going to be The Man there anymore than he was in Phoenix. And while Deron Williams has helped them open up the throttle a little bit, they still aren't anywhere near the Suns in terms of tempo. He's still going to be the third option there, only he won't see nearly the same amount possessions, and he'll be dealing with a coach way more hard nosed than D'antoni. Running down the list of options he will run into some combination of all those problems elsewhere.
Simmons is right, he's acting like a moron. The Suns are taking on the chin two fold from Marion: the big money he's costing them and the hit in talent they are going to take trying to move his monster contract.
