Last year the Pacers were the only team to reach that mark, with 61. This year so far, the Spurs are on pace for 64, Sonics for 67, and Suns for 70. Kings are not far behind, on pace for 58. How many teams will reach 60 wins, and what will be the highest win total any team reaches this year? I think all four of the above teams can get 60+, and the Suns will have the highest win total around 67.

where on earth did the suns and the sonics come from? the spurs went from projected first to obviously third. third is the one with the hairy chest. Get Malone? teach Barry to play defense and shoot under pressure? Nah. the main piece the spurs are missing is hussle. If you watched the suns vs. sonics game tonight you saw two teams that hussle. the spurs look like a team that thinks it's already won the championship. Hustling, overachiving inside players and good shooters on the perimeter. the suns and sonics are looking like the best teams from the seventies.... perhaps the NBA's best decade.
