File transfer off a Treo

Okay, I need to move a 70MB file off my Treo onto my computer. It's on my miniSD card, though.

When I put the card in my laptop, it tells me it needs to be formatted.

If I try to send the file via Bluetooth, I get an error that there's not enough memory to complete the task.

Is there some way I can have the Treo (and card) seen as a HD through the USB connection?

I was about to go to some extremes to get the sound I needed. I was about to try a direct connection into my digital recorder and just play the 40-minute phone call.
