as Bonzi Wells that gives the Spurs this many problems?????

Not overly worried about the loss tonight - or any single loss before the rodeo road trip for that matter. , the Spurs only got contributions from Manu, Tony, and Bowen's defense...and still had multiple opportunities to pull themselves back into the game.

But it would have been nice to see the see the team prevent a 6'5 guy who (while a good rebounder for his position) has only averaged over 6 boards a game once in his entire career from completely dominating them on the glass...again.

I actually think Hedo Turkoglu is the most underrated player in the league.

His height is misleading when you look at how wide he is. Unless you have him boxed out you are not going to get up on him for that board without going through his fat ass.

By most statistical measures, Bonzi is a league average player, who rebounds well (but not spectacularly) for his position...except when playing the Spurs.

I don't know about 'worried'. But this is one the biggest mystery .........And Houston coach also said he doesn't know why Bonzi gives Spurs such a trouble.

Kevin Martin can be pretty mediocre when playing any other team.

Bonzi hasn't historically done this to us prior to the 06 playoffs...he's had nice games aganst us...but the first time he went Bill Russell on us was in 06.


I think Adelman deserves some of the credit...he's a found a weak spot on the Spurs and uses Bonzi to exploit it.
