Also Dana has a big announcement next Thursday....could be a TV deal. Could be a signing.
My guess is TV.
Lyoto Machida and Anderson Silva will be assistant coaches on next TUF with Nog.
No source...don't believe me?? Suck it.![]()

Thats a horrible link haha. But I believe you. How do you know about the announcement.
There is a handful of foreign sites that have some good mma news, you just have to be obsessed enough to use google translate. hahaha

ESPN the magazine...sorry I meant to link that as well.
"DW: There’s something no one else has heard. You have no idea some of the stuff that we have planned. I’m going to make an announcement next week that is going to blow people’s minds. That deal is done, but my employees don’t even know yet. I’m renting out a place next Thursday and I’m going to tell them. Then we’ll make the announcement later that day. It’s an indicator of where this business is going over the next five years."

Thanks. Maybe we are gonna have some kind of special Baroc Obama-Hilary Clinton MMA fight. Haha nah, it almost has to be a network TV deal...maybe with fox?
Thata my guess or ABC/ESPN (owned by the same people)
Dana must've seen a bunch of the progress he's made going down the drain with Kimbo becoming the face of mma to the masses...
Either that or Fox, ABC/ESPN, or whoever they were in the most serious talks with decided to give in on some of Dana's demands after seeing that Elite had decent success with an inferior product...
It would be funny if EliteXC already got dropped and CBS signed UFC.
Even if you hate the UFC, they would never put out a crappy product the way EliteXC did.
The funny thing is, Gus Johnson did a great job.
I respectfully disagree...
He did ok at best...
"Can opener!!"
"Scissor sweep!!"
Calling Rogers "Grim" and calling Gina "Conviction"...jeez, just call them by their first name in the post fight interview...not their nickname only
Completely over-reacting to the Kimbo stoppage...

I thought he did good for his first fight. CBS should have sent him to some smaller shows to get experience.
