That SUX!!!
Sorry 'bout that.
Did they FINALLY work it out?
I was reviewing my phone bill and I noticed a $20.50 charge for a collect call from Highland, California that allegedly lasted 12 minutes. The charge was from OSP Communications LLC. I don't know anyone in Highland, California and I don't use my landline for anything other than sending/receiving faxes.
I called AT&T to dispute the charge and the automated system transferred me to OSP Communications for questions about my account. Evidently, they are handling my account for AT&T. I don't get it. These are the same people that are trying to charge me twenty bucks for this bogus call and AT&T has them handling my account? WTF?!?![]()

Just complain that you are going to switch to another carrier and they will adjust your bill.
Once I accidentally talked to someone in Italy for like an $80 (maybe more?) call, and LJ called to get a cheaper per minute rate when the bill arrived. At first they said they couldn't give it to us retroactively. But when he said we'd switch to cable phone, the call became like $5.
ing AT&T over charged me this month by like $200 for the ol' iPhone. They told me I used the web/email a ton, and charged me 10 cents for ever minute I did, when the only plans you can get for an iPhone come with unlimited web/email.
I'm going to go to their headquarters and kick some serious arse here pretty soon.
yeah, AT&T is a pretty crappy Company at best.
If anyone has their Land Line and Wireless service then you know what a headache this company is![]()
Once my wireless contract is over im going to another service.
Yeah, I had to argue with OSP for 15 minutes though. Their representative kept insisting that I accepted a collect call from California. I kept telling him that it's not possible because I don't have a phone connected to my landline, just a fax machine. Finally, he said they would credit my account.
AT&T just came up and dug huge holes in front of half the houses in the neighborhood so they could install the fibre for their crap uVerse product. No notice, just starting digging and now we have huge piles of rubble blocking sidewalks everywhere. So yeah AT&T sucks.
AT&T (formerly SBC) used to have "SBC" call you promoting a new plan, but another company was actually calling to handle your bill. They slammed us at the last place I worked. SBC never did anything about it except take our account back. They claimed to have a "no-call" policy, but it happened two or three times.
Well, from the other side.... We don't have AT&T anymore since we moved out to Comal County but we used to have tons if issues with their billing department. Now, for the last 3 months I have been receiving cheks for $60.00 in the mail that state it's a refund credit on my final bill. WTF??? I'm afraid to call them or they might want the money back. What Dumbasses!!!
I had Bell South for years with very few problems for my phone and internet, as soon as AT&T bought them out there were nothing but problems. I dropped them quickly after that. They're still trying to get money I don't owe, good luck with that!![]()
Down with at&t!
