Yes
Diaw sucks, so you're basically getting 3 for 1
I was proposed a trade:
I recieve:
Antwan Jamison
Devin Harris
Ben Wallace
and I lose:
Chris Paul
Boris Diaw
Should I do this or not?
Yes
Diaw sucks, so you're basically getting 3 for 1
i wouldn't. It's fantasy, not real bb and ben wallace SUCKS big time in fantasy, cause the only thing he contributes is rebounds. Diaw will get you some points, rebounds and assists, and also a good FT%.
So, no. I wouldn't accept.
Not a chance, neither Wallace or Harris are monster Fantasy guys, and you would be giving up a top five PG in the deal ... Not a chance.
NO WAY.
You are going to have to drop a player from your roster if you pick up an extra. It's NOT worth the deal.
Chris Paul will outproduce all three of those players.
Is it a category league?
No way. You're giving up Paul, who is a top 15 player, and Diaw generally contibutes in all cats (assume he's good for 10/5/4/1/1 on the season).
I wouldn't. In addition to losing Chris Paul, Diaw might have better fantasy numbers this year if Amare ends up injured again, which seems somewhat likely at this point. Diaw did pretty well the year Stoudemire was out.
Don't accept!
Chris Paul is a fantasy stud. Boris Diaw (multi-category player playing multiple positions) might be a sleeper if Amare continues to have problems with his knees. 2 or 3 seasons ago, he was fantastic in many categories.
I still don't have any confidence on Devin Harris. Ben Wallace will only give you rebounds (sometimes blocks). Basically, rebounding is the easiest category to have. You can probably get a player with good rebounding skills and at the same can produce in the other departments in your waiver wire.

NO. Bad trade. Devin Harris looks like junk, or waiver wire at least. Wallace is crap nowadays and always had big fantasy troubles. Diaw ain't all that bad - especially when Amare's out he turns in nice games here and there.
It winds up, more or less, Jamison for Paul, which is a really stupid trade. Paul is awesome right now.
I have a game-time decision to make tonight. I got Bonzi Wells on one of my fantasy rosters, I usually bench him, because he doesn't really produce, but he's playing the Spurs tonight............what do I do? Do I start him? He's a SG/G. If I should put him in who should I replace him with:
Brandon Roy (Gives me an all around game)
Sam Cassel (Points/decent assists)
Earl Watson (Gives me 7-8 assists)
I hate to admit it but I would start him against the Spurs. We all know what does against them.

I even thought of picking him up from FA just for tonight then dropping him.
Yeah, I think I'm just gonna switch him with Cassell. I hope Cassell doesn't go off tonight and Bonzi lays an egg. I'll be pretty mad if that happens.![]()
Let me be the umpeenth person to say you should not do this trade.
If it was my team I would bench watson instead. Watson has had a bad fg% this year. Ithink around 33% IIRC and Cassell is shooting around 40%. Ft% and PPG also in favor of Cassell. Only thing Watson has a slight advantage in is assists. Just my two cents.
Maybe you should check the date of when the trade question was asked.![]()
let me get this straight... you want Bonzi to go off on the Spurs so you can win in a fantasy game?
interesting approach to being a Spurs fan![]()
I want the Spurs to win and they should (No Tmac tonight), but I just want Bonzi to have a good game and he should, because he's starting. Plus it's only a RS game.
I should have started Rafer Alston the fool got 9 points and 7 assists.
Hopefully Cassell plays worse or doesn't go off, otherwise![]()
Fantasy bball is not that fun.......
NO, you do not do this deal. CP plays a prime position in fantasy and also helps you tremendously in 2 of the hardest categories in steals and assists. Ben Wallace is fantasy trash nowadays, Jamison is ok but nowhere near CP3's level. Harris and Diaw pretty much cancel each other out with a slight edge going to Diaw because he is a F/C who gets you assists.
