This is a future failed endeavor. WTF is wrong with the fatcats in charge? I've been begging for years for them to cut the funding to this type of crap and instead move towards an Enforcement Droid program which will not only invoke more fear on the battlefield but carry huge contracts for spare parts lasting up to ten years! Who CARES if it doesn't work?
