I didn't see anything posted about them breaking up...it was just a picture of her shopping without her ring.
TMZ.com is usually pretty accurate and they don't have anything up on their site and neither do any of the other gossip blogs.
For all we know, she could be having it resized, which. Or maybe one of the stones was loose and she's having it fixed.

I wear my rings nearly all the time, but I do take them off to put lotion on, to clean them, when I am cleaning and I don't always think to put them back on. I don't see the big deal. Surely, even being the beautiful person/star that she is, she must have similar issues (well, maybe not the cleaning one).
I didn't either. He's going off of two people's innocent comments of the photos, "She isn't wearing her ring...."

Well, I have seen him post things JUST about Tony. I think he's French, and quite a big fan of Tony and anything related to Tony.
