Just saw a promo for Access Hollywood tonight, apparently there's a do entary called My Big Breasts and Me.

So I Googled it and found this:

British women, on account of random genetic mutation, have larger breasts on average than women on the Continent. However, the rapid increase over the past decade probably has to do with American-style obesity. So if you like obese women, you don't have to move anywhere.
