I weigh about 235, max out around 315
120 kilograms, or about 265 pounds. (I weigh 100 kg) Or, at least I could before I ed up my shoulder a couple of months ago. I imagine I could probably go slightly higher, but having not trained much in 20 years I'm not eager to injure myself just to prove a point about my manliness.
wtF? did u play football or something? i feel weak now
I max out at 95lbs.
Probably like 50 pounds. haha. i'm weak.
Yea, I feel you on that, I actually havent maxed out since I had spinal surgery about 3 months ago, so I would actually probably struggle putting that weight up now.
Who are you talking to?
Are you saying you max 180?
If you're 170 pounds, you should be repping 180 a lot.
No wonder you're the JV kicker...
Damn Midge, coming with the buffness
You should change your sig to just a picture of your guns
1 rep of 300 or 100 reps of 100.
Put up 265 in college with a weight around 185. I haven't lifted weights in a while, but work out regularly with other exercises. I've also gotten up to about 210-215, so I think I could put up at least that, but I'll have to tell you the next time I go to the gym.
I max out at 95 right now. Before kids when I was all sporty e I could max at my bodyweight. Being a girl, thats pretty respectable.
Emo is repping at 255 right now, back before he fathered the kids he was doing 1 rep max's at 320/325. Thats whne he was doing the all natural comps. I don't think he has maxxed out in while tho... or at least there is no max written in his littel notebook.
I'm not sure of the exact calculation, but I think you're supposed to subtract about 75 lbs from the internet posted maximum bench press to get the actual number. (And then everybody will get very defensive that I've brought this up.)
And 180 while weighing 170 is actually good. If you can lift your body weight, you're doing pretty well.

That's not true at all. I know people that can do 2 times their body weight. Any good athlete can do quite a bit more than their weight.
But for a normal person that weighs 170, thats not bad
And I know a guy that can do four times his body weight. But, he's an exception to the rule. As a general rule, lifting your body weight is pretty good. We're obviously not talking about peak athletes or weight lifters.
Not too strong on bench. I can max 200 and weigh a little under 175.
Pullups are the exercise I'm best at. The most I've done is 28 straight.
Well thats cause of those tris and lats you got
Down to 195 and I can put 225 up 6 times. I haven't tried a single rep max. Still a ways to go!
yeah id say im way stronger than the average person my age. not to have a high ego or anything.
