2 a.m. is when the bars close here, so that's usually the time it gets packed.

Got a bit of a saturday tradition. After a night out, friends will get together(well the ones that are still standing) at my house and we'll start up the grill. Nothing like some fajita tacos at 4 a.m.

went out last night then stopped by whataburger for a jalapeno bacon cheeseburger and some onion rings. that was good (i usually hate whataburger). but yeah, taco trucks are fair game too if they happen to be around. if i'm home, anything in the fridge works.

worth the trip, I went there one weeknight at about 11pm and there was a dude, older mexican gent, standing in line from New Braunsfels that makes the trip "at least once a week" just for these Al Pastor tacos.

Wurzbach/Fredericksburg has a bunch of stands (there's one next to Tiffanys). As for kebabs, the only places I know of are Greek places, which are everywhere.
