Firefighters are battling a fire at a McDonald's restaurant on the East Side.
The restaurant is located at 2646 IH-35 North (North Panam Expressway), near Walters.
The restaurant was evacuated. A spokesperson for the San Antonio Fire Department told News 4 it started as a grease fire and then spread up an exhaust fan. Firefighters have the fire contained.
No injuries were reported.
New 4 has a crew at the scene and will provide additional details as they become available.
