For as much crap as Snyder takes, he has stayed out of his coaches' way in building a team since hiring Marty. Marty, Spurrier, and Gibbs were all given free reign to build and coach and they saw fit. It hasn't worked (with Gibbs' results being more mixed), but that is more complaint about about the decisions these coaches have made (along with Vinny freaking Cerrato) than Snyder meddling.

I think that PA has FINALLY gotten the message in Baltimore. He hasn't to this point gotten in the way of any of the proposed trades this offseason.

I don't think that Fassel will be all that bad of a choice. He did coach the Giants to a SB in 2000. He also has a way of motivating his teams to play for him. I still remember the guarantee he made that year.

I hope your right. I liked Spagnuolo. He was interviewed several times the week before the Superbowl and he sounded like he had his together.

I still think it should have been greg williams, but I'm fine with Fassell. It could be noted that his first go-around as a coach was better than Belichek's first or Wade Phillips first or second.

You're a Skins fan K-State? I am surprised too that Fassel hasn't gotten another shot a being a HC. I thought that he did good in NY with the pieces he had.
