What do you guys want to see your team address this offseason via draft, free agency, etc?

Never too early to talk draft for me!
Dallas:
Safety
WR
and I would like a little O-Line depth as well.
Raiders
A playmaking WR, such as Chad Johnson
DT
Growth from our loads of young talent all over the team
Oh, and some discipline to stop having stupid penalties or making stupid desicisions.
Raiders are an up and coming team. Watch out for them in the years to come...

and hopefully a CB, and some O-line help.
Texans I think need to address a CB and pay up come free agency. Maybe we can pay up and get one of the 2 free agent Pats corners. It will prob be Randall Gay. Then draft a RB, prob Mendenhall. We need another CB and a saftey. Of course our line can always use improvement.
Is Kiffin staying or going?
The Colts are in good shape to make it back to the Super Bowl if Dwight Freeney comes back healthy. You could tell down the stretch that the Colts lost anything resembling a pass rush when their other rushers Mathis and Brock were playing injured. Marvin's health is a question but the way Reggie Wayne played this year coupled with Anthony Gonzalez coming along as the season ended, the Colts are still set at WR. Where are all those people now that said Reggie was only good because teams had to double Marvin?
We have a serious need for another competent CB. I'm happy with the development of Jackson and Hayden, but Tim Jennings was absolutely god awful this year. Colts may not have to search far for that other CB though. He's already on the roster, and his name is Dante Hughes. Another pass rusher wouldn't hurt, but depending on Dwight's injury and McFarland making it through cuts, the Colts front four will be Mathis-Brock-McFarland-Freeney. That's a pretty damn good D line. Depth at WR is a concern if Marvin is indeed done, but I think with all the time he had off, plus the offseason, he'll be back. Scott and Lilja are free agents but I'm not going to cry if they walk.
But here's what we won't have to do next year. Train a new left tackle, replace two linebackers, and rebuild the interior of the D line. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
Not sure. Hopefully he stays, unless they find someone else that is an obvious no-brainer. I'm tired of having a new coach every year.
Boys need a 3rd corner, a playmaking wr, a good backup rb, more d-linemen, and a backup qb.
Chargers needs:
A safety since McCree is gone.
A backup for Jamal Williams.
A bruiser type RB since Turner is gone (although I'd prefer they just suck it up and sign him to a contract)
Some line help for the aging Goff.
After that I can't think of much. Every key player is under contract till around 2010 and the Chargers are about 40 million under the cap. Maybe they'll dip into free agency, maybe not. Another year learning Norv's system will be beneficial and I look forward to watching them beat both the Pats and the Colts on their way to the Superbowl.
What position?
Here is a good resource

Dolphins
We need any and everything we can get.
I want to see us get more picks and some veteran help in the secondary.
Man, ty list. All the talent is on the d-line
Boys:
Corner
Safety
OT
OG
DT
I still say we should move up on the draft to get Chirs Long. He would make for a great DE set with Demarcus Ware.
Jags:
Go-to WR,
pass-rushing LB,
shut-down DB,
dependable K.
Chiefs need:
Head coach with a brain
Defensive coordinator who does more than just blitz
Safeties who can actually cover a receiver
an offensive line that can actually block something
Fullback taller than 5'7"
Running back that doesnt beat up women, leave games early, or make rap albums
I'd love to see bostonguy post his real thoughts on what the Patriots should do since he's such a dedicated fan. And then find out if he just stole some post from patsfans.com and passed it off as his own here.
I'd love to see you stop being such a . First it was "kill yourselves", " off", " " over and over again, now it's ing about bostonguy.
ing man up for once you sissy ass .
Patriots
1. Keep Asante Samuel
2. Get rid of Ellis Hobbs & Rodney Harrison. Draft some cornerbacks (Aqib Talib maybe?). Brandon Merriweather made a lot of progress as the season went on, and he was actually really good in coverage by the end of the year. If he could just hold onto a ing interception he'd have had about 4 or 5 of them this year.
3. Make a move for Jonathan Vilma. Mangini has no use for him, he hates Mangini, and while it's risky due to his injury, if he gets back to form he'll be the speed LB the Pats need. I'd love for Bruschi/Seau to both come back for one more year, but if they both are playing on the field at the same time this team is screwed.
A LB crew of Vrabel, Thomas, Vilma, and Bruschi/Seau is pretty damn good.
4. Let Rosevelt Colvin & Donte Stallworth go. Both guys are great but Colvin is too injury prone and Stallworth will cost too much money.
5. If Randy Moss won't take a discount then let him go - for a relatively cheap price, keep him here obviously. But if he wants TO money, him.
While I don't think he's as bad as stretch says he is at the deep ball, I also don't want Brady chucking it with reckless abandon all year like he did this year. Obviously that only works for so long. And when it fails, it fails pretty miserably.
The Pats still have Chad Jackson who can develop into a playmaker, and if they keep Kelly Washington & Gaffney, our WR crew is still solid.
If we need another deep threat, I'm sure Jack Del Rio will be willing to part with Matt Jones for a reasonable price.
6. Fire Josh McDaniel. I thought he was a horrible OC all year long. Seriously, the Giants are pinning their ears back and gunning for Brady all game long, and it takes you till halfway through the 4th quarter to start running the spread offense and quicken the pace? If they would have run a no-huddle spread all game long they'd have ripped the Giants to shreds. McDaniel's ty gameplan takes a large chunk of the blame.

This is coming from someone who talks to other fans but cant take it when it comes back to him. You cant even give credit and accept fair criticism. "I was wrong" "I was an asshole" "Go ahead and start the bashing" You know things like that would make you at least a more respectable front running sports fan. Of course you do lack sportsmanship. Hey mono here is advice you ought to follow and maybe your vagina can get replaced with real testicles: Dont call people out or bash them if you cant handle receiving it back.
Back to the thread: Draft a young linebacker. Keep Teddy Bruschi for depth purposes. Colvin will also be coming back. Give Merriweather increased playing time to see how that works out. Keep Moss but dont go Rashard Lewis/Shaq on him. He deserves a reasonable contract. If he demands more, say adios to him. Pats have proven they can win without Moss. Eitherway Chad Jackson needs to be involved next season. Keep Asante Samuel. Kindly ask Brady to restructure his contract.
Lol Patriots break all kinds of offensive records and mono wants the head of McDaniels on a plate.![]()
I could have been Offensive Coordinator for the Patriots and broken offensive records. Unlike McDaniels, I wouldn't have concocted one of the most braindead offensive gameplans in Super Bowl history.
"Hey they're blitzing the out of Brady! Hey the screen play works! Hey quick throws in a spread set works! A good way to counter pass rush is to tire them out quickly by running no huddle! You know what, all that, I think we should just run double-TE all game and have Brady hold the ball for 5 seconds and then try to bomb it to Moss."
