Fugitive Carnival Worker Arrested In Phoenix
PHOENIX -- An Arkansas man who allegedly raped a sleeping man, then eluded police by working in a carnival, was arrested Wednesday in Phoenix.
Marlin Cash, 26, sexually assaulted a sleeping man in Little Rock in 2005, Deputy U.S. Marshal Matt Hershey said.
Hershey said the man woke up and punched Cash in the face, spurring Cash to flee the scene.
Cash evaded authorities by traveling across the southern U.S. with a carnival, Hershey said, until last month, when investigators learned he was in the Phoenix area.
A U.S. Marshals task force located Cash at an apartment near 23rd Avenue and Indian School Road early Wednesday morning and took him into custody without incident. He is awaiting extradition to Arkansas.

Good question though. Prob saw him, thought it was him, asked if they could ask some questions, then he ran off.
