Looks sharp!
Im about to launch my own auction site for knives and swords, I wanted some opinions on the new design i just had made, im not trying to spam you guys the site isn't technically live yet, i just wanted some feedback before i go live on Monday.
Also tell me what you think about the David Carradine commercial on the home page, if you dont see it you may have to refresh a few times as i have rotating ads.
When you land on the page you will see #'s rotatin 1-5 or 1-6 thos are just reserved spots for an ad type slideshow that i will eventually have images and links for.

So tell me does the carradine video make the site seem credible?
how about some poon links man?? that would increase the traffic to teh site

Ive done quite a bit more tweaking today. Let me konw if you have any suggestions. Also feel free to register, i will be giving away things like pocket knives etc daily to randomly selected users. No purchase is necessary to win.
Pretty solid site. Sometimes simple designs are better than flashy ones. Take a look at ST and FSP, it doesn't try to flash you, but rather give you what you are really there for in the 1st place. I've always liked swords/machettes, try forwarding the link to Tim Duncan he is a sword/blade enthusiast and has a collection of samurai swords.
lets know when its up and running for good....cant wait to see what all you have to offer

Okay so im feeling nice today, im going to give at least one spurs fan who signs up on my site a free pocket knife. Just sign up, if i get a bunch of sign ups i will give more than one pocket knife. Just sign up with your spurstalk username as your username. It costs you nothing. Just sign up its that easy.

Thanks i agree about the less is more although i do have a few things planned to e it up a tad but it will stil remain clean.
Surprised nobody wants a free knife though. Just sign up its that simple. Will post pics of the knife/knives im giving away its about a $15 or so knife. Not too shabby. Around 40 or so people have looked at this since i posted a free knife, surprisingly no sign ups.
