PG - Magic
SG - MJ
SF - Larry Bird
PF - Karl Malone
C - Hakeem
Ok Spurs homer....Duncan maybe but Robinson...biceps?????????? Have you heard of Kareem, Wilt or maybe Hakeem?![]()
Kareem would've have been my second choice. My choice of Robinson was b/c his post defense is complementary to Duncan's weakside defense.
I've never seen Wilt play, so it would be difficult for me to comment. Hakeem was an amazing center, but I wanted variety, as Duncan and Hakeem have a similar style.
I'm not going to choose the 5 most talented players, I'm going to choose the 5 players I think would benefit from each other's skills.
Wilt - Center
Malone- Best PF
Magic - Best PG
MJ - Best SG
King - SF
You are all too young leaving DR J off the list.
C- Bill Russell
PF- Tim Duncan
SF- LeBron James
SG- Michael Jordan
PG- Magic Johnson
Why is it that he is not remembered for the great player that he was. I do remember Doc and you're right he should be on my list, at least but I forgot about him. You think maybe because MJ took over his reign as greatest highflier that everyone sort of forgot Doc?
Desanga Diop at C and Devin Harris at PG first and foremost.
