I'm not saying he sucks. He just doesn't seem to have the type of character that is required to be a Spur. One of the reasons I have always liked the Spurs so much is they place emphasis on character, not stats.
but who knows, if VC ever found himself wearing the silver and balck maybe Pop could set his mind right. Playing for a reputable winner might also do wonders for his mindset, but based on Carter's past he just seems a bit too much of a loose cannon that does shady .
You have never really watched the Nets then. I live in the ny/nj area and Vince DOES NOT PLAY D, and chokes in clutch situations. He is good for highlights , though, on the 11 o'clock news.
