I do think Thomas is an upgrade from oberto against most teams, but the move just does not get me excited about barry leaving..Man, I am going to miss those HEB commercials!!

Seattle is the only place I would believe rumors about. Presti is only one year removed from Pop. Almost every other GM I can think of would probably think twice about trading with the Spurs...just on the chance that it would improve a championship team.

I like this trade for 1 reason: it prevents DAL or LAL from getting him if SEA buys him out.

I think he is also a Spurs type player so I like the deal.
