how about Adelman cant coach in the playoffs??
Just because Webber, Peja, and Bibby cant play a lick of a D doesnt mean Adelman cant coach Defense...

well playoffs is abt defense isnt it? how is he suppose to win if his teams arent willing to play D (or isnt physically capable of doing so)?
yeah he has never got teams to go far in the playoffs.![]()
JVG taught your Rockets how to play defense, not Adelman.
adelman blows
he is a horrific coach and the rockets won't get past rd 1
they were already trained to play defense overnight
, d'antoni could get them to play D simply from what they learned from Van Gundy![]()
The Rockets will make the playoffs. They are a better team than DEN or GSW. The rest of their season is going to be fairly easy and I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for them to get the #3-6 seed.
, given Kevin Garnett, Rasheed Wallace, and Ben Wallace even Flip Saunders looks like he can coach defense.
Yao's fantastic. Battier's very good. McGrady's bad as he wants to be. Any coach will be able to get them to play better defense than a team playing Mike Bibby, Peja Stojakovic, and Chris Webber 40 minutes a night, but they're the ones making him look good, not the other way around.
The biggest complaint I had with Adleman is when he put Brad Miller on the bench instead of Webber. Webber destroyed the chemistry that Sacramento was enjoying that one year. Peja started to struggle because Webber was taking a lot of shots. Also I thought he was underplaying Bobby Jackson in some crucial games against the Lakers that one year they had a chance to win the championship.
2 trips in the Finals
yup...that's why i had thefor the other poster.
For New Age Rocket Fan, "Second Round" = "Far".
