Nash shooting more is actually counter productive for them. They need him to be the assist man out there getting everyone touches and good looks more than they need him shooting.

I swear I'm going to fly to Phoenix and try out for the Suns as a defensive specialist. I'm 5-10, 210 pounds, chain smoker, and can't jump 10 inches off the ground. But, I think I got a shot.

Suns need to fire D'Antoni and hire a coach that preaches defense and knows how to implement a low-post player into the roster.

Although Phoenix is not shooting as well as they would like to, they have more glaring weaknesses that the sixers are exposing tonight.

The Sixers are shooting 56% from the field, have 12 steals to the Suns' lone steal, and have actually outrebounded the Suns. Despite being 10-18 from the FT line, their advantage in these areas is staggering.

I think Nash is mentally burned out. He's carried this team the past 3yrs and played at such a high level that it looks like it's finally wearing on him.

The things i've noticed this year are his shots at the end of games are not falling like they have in the past.. He's turning the ball over at key points in the game when the Suns are trying to make a run...

He's just not sharp this year as he has been in the past. Not to mention that ownership has done jack to get him a quality backup.

Nash IS a shooter. Look at his percentages. He's also clutch. Never afraid to take that game-deciding shot. Ice water in the veins.

The Suns need two Steve Nash's.

Great coaching from D'Antoni tonight, when with 2 minutes to go tells the team: "We're not going to make the playoffs if we keep playing like this".

I agree, they're not. Unless they get this figured out fast they will miss the PO's.

The Suns have the hardest schedule left of any of the top WC teams. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't make the playoffs. But they can't be THIS bad.
