Thats funny. I think Stern is the best commish in sports today. People tend to overlook that in the age of steriods in baseball and alleged cheating in football he is quietly putting the ref scandal behind him and the NBA is enjoying one of the best regular seasons in awhile.

If that's a flagrant, what about the fouls Shaq has committed where his elbow has lifted people off their feet? Can we retro-actively apply those fouls as well? What about the fouls where Shaq just runs over the top of players and gets an and-1?

If Shaq had been called like every other man, he would have fouled out of every single contest.
