I'll guarantee you he'd be a dead man if he would have made any of the real evidence he says he has on Pats cheatertaping available. And by that i mean if not physically taken out, the NFL would make sure his life was ruined and surely "informed" him of this in advance.

Look for some watered down announcement from his lawyer and the NFL saying how Walsh misunderstood what was shown on tape was really illegal or somesuch b.s. PR spin put out soon.

Ah, so the NFL operates like the Mafia. Right.

Does nobody realize that there was no confidentiality contract between Walsh and the Patriots?

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3259486

An attorney for the Patriots told ESPN.com that Walsh did not have a confidentiality agreement with the franchise or anything else that might prevent his cooperation.
Matt Walsh can say whatever he wants, whenever he wants, he can reveal any tapes he may have, and the Patriots can't do a damn thing about it.

The only legal action that can be taken by the Patriots is if Walsh was lying this whole time. So why does he need high priced lawyers from the D.C. area?

You don't mess with the commissar of the NFL. Time to give some cash to walsh and destroy the evidence.
