I'd say:
Oberto (needs to start to be effective, seemingly)
TD
Bowen
Manu
Parker
KT
Ime
Barry (if Barry is off, you give Fin a go)
JV
Bonner gets to play in spots where we need a mobile/energy big man.
That leaves Horry, Stoudamire and Finley on the bench. All three are playing more poor games than good ones right now, especially on D, and it's the D that will take us deep in the playoffs more than anything.
It's time to tighten up the rotation and give players clear roles.

Barry (Finley for now)
Sub:
Manu for Barry
Vaughn for TP
Udoka for Bowen
Oberto for KT
Horry/Bonner for Duncan
The PF/Center rotation is a little more complex, though, since Timmy plays both. Obviously, he goes to center for "small ball" and PF for when the big boys come out. Horry/Bonner on the floor when TD is at center sounds pretty firm.
