I would like to see maybe Bill Maher or Kori Ellis cooking on TV.

i cook in the "drunken monkey" style...all foods either prepared or marinated in a marinade that includes booze and served with appropriate tails or a nice aperitif before hand to prepare the palate... id call it "tasted better going down"
