So the Rocket fans are coming out of the woodwork it seems these days now that they have a team worth talking about. Funny how you were nowhere to be found when the Rockettes were 20-24. Now it would be OK if you all kept your mouths shut and were humble about your recent success, but oh no you have to go onto every team's msg board and shout from the rafters about how great you are.
It ends today. Your silly little streak will finally be over and you will fizzle and flame out the month of March just like the little JailBlazers did earlier in the year. I don't even care that the Lakers are undermanned, with no legitimate center playing, if we lose there are no excuses to be made. Your team is nothing, your streak means nothing, and when we win today we can finally stop hearing about your pathetic little team that everyone knows ain't going nowhere in the post season.

Second, the Fakers are undermanned whether their hurt players will return or not; whether Yao is or is not returning this season is irrelevant because anything and I mean anything can happen in the postseason, not the least of which could be Kobe or Pau getting hurt again. Yes that applies to the rox too, but that just proves my point further. And as far as being ed, when the rox meet the lakers next year with yao, mac and the experienced 2nd yr players in Landry, brooks, Scola, Harris and the rest of the healthy rox team.......trust me the lakers will be ed. I like your optimism but cmon there is no way the Rockets are going to beat a Laker squad that has fully gelled consisting of Bynum, Gasol, Bryant, Odom, and Fisher. Your team leaders have never made it out of the 1st round, while ours have won 3 rings together. Your head coach has a grand total of 0 rings, while ours has 9. We have the advantage at damn near every single position.
kudos toward your optimism as well. We will wait and see, I don't think the lakers will suck at all. I think they will be very very good. I just feel the Rockets will play better d and still score enough to get it done..especially with Yao sealing the middle paired with 2 solid power forwards in scola and landry and 2 backups in chuck hayes and Mike Harris.......not to mention Tmac playing great unselfish, elite ball.

Yeah, this shows how much you know. You think mutombo is running with the rockets, no. But his blocks, altered shots, intimidations and forced turn overs cause fastbreak offense for the rockets...Yao does this. Wow, what a problem to have to incorporate 20+pts, 10+ rebounds, 3 block shots, .5 assists into your team...wow. If anyone can make that work is adelman. Just like he proved in the first 12 games of the streak that he could. Give him a full season with Yao and the right players to run his system.
I'm not even going to argue this further, no team led by T-Back is ever going to amount to anything in the playoffs.

I'm a' hoping the rockets get beat today as well. But I don't see it, lakers have too many folks hurting to do much.
I would be surprised if the rockets keep playing mcgrady 48 minutes however, that seems a little bit dangerous. But rolling the dice, they may feel like they are bulletproof at the moment.

The T-Mac/Yao experiment has run its course. If they haven't been able to even get out of the 1st round yet they will never win a championship. The media hypes the Rockets every year, we do this same ol' song and dance. Nothing ever changes, Yao+T-Mac never get it done.
Mutombo is not a focal point of the offense like Yao is. When Yao becomes a focal point of your offense the game SLOWS down. This is why you are playing so much better now because you have Mutombo who can make up for Yao's defensive impact and you aren't hindered by the slow offensive game that Yao creates.
