i saw that game a couple of months ago in nba classic. duncan was certainly quicker then but his game is still pretty much the same. alot of his passes off double teams were turnovers though but was more of a result of his teammates not on the right spot.
except for robinson, the quality of his teammates certainly improved.

He clearly remembers the last time he wore a suit—last year's All-Star Game—when he walked onto an elevator to find himself surrounded by veterans in warmup suits."
About the suit, I found something from October '05, when the league's dress code came in. If this is true, it doesn't sound like the '98 All Star game would have been the last time Duncan wore a suit.
