    Man this thing sucks...

    that stupid rise around seems to do the exact opposite as planned and actually helps those pushing the fight to the cage.

    massive failure.

    and as usual with any new org...people were saying this is the new PRIDE on sherdog. Funny how the new PRIDES keep failing....o the irony....hahahahahah

    /misses pride and hates the comparisons....

    Dream and WVR are the only ones who could come close. And it starts with getting some of the top fighters back. I dont think there will ever be another PRIDE or top org. I think in 2 years the UFC will have every top fighter in the world and every other org will be left with scraps.

    Terrible...just terrible...

    1. The "pit" surface certainly does the opposite of what was intended. LnP fest.

    2. 5 min's isn't a fight.

    3. Announcing (including the ring announcer) was a disgrace.

    4. Butterbean...his mma run has to be over now.

    5. Kerr...please retire for good.

    6. Ricco...I still think he has SOMETHING based on his fight with Antonio Silva. But 5 min's against a good wrestler on that surface was a bad combo for him.

    I agree with that. I think there will be nothing but a big battle for #2 and a lot of these orgs will be doing these ridiculous set ups where they sign fighters merely to cross promote making belts and fights worthless like boxing.

    I do not understand why they do that...if you are simply signing someone to fight for other people why do you sign him to a multi fight contract? Its all bull to ensure someone makes money off someone.

    And another thing on cross promotion...the day an org doesn't need to cross promote to make money is they day they stop cross promoting.

    EliteXC will do that when they start churning a profit.

    Now on the other hand...I love what HDnet is doing with cross promoting the small orgs...thats awesome. What I'm talking about signing Sylvia and the like to simply cross promote with one and done's.
