According to dailykos, the speaker is named "Lamont Williams" for reasons we can guess. I doubt there there is such a person for this group "Women's Voices Women Vote".
The robo calls do not give the actual name of their organization, they block caller id and they do not give a number or a way of contacting them. According to NC law, that is illegal.
In addition, they tell voters after the registration deadline has passed, that they will be receiving a voter registration packet. So, registered voters become confused and think that they are not registered.
This has happened, apparently, in numerous states.
