I think she's got a bit of a horse face, but she doesn't strike me as overwhelmingly masculine.
There is an argument in the rate her thread whether the chick in this photo looks manly or not. I kind of agree that she does. What do you think?

If you close cropped the face, I don't think this would even be a debate. I'd see a man who tweezes his eyebrows. I don't think there's any question she/he-she has a mannish facial structure.
The fact that the picture was posted in a "Rate Her" thread, then that the poster was surprised to find criticism of it shocks the out of me.

The photographer was smart to hide what has to be a gigantic adam's apple on that shemale.
