Until it is proven that she is falsely accusing him, she still has the right to privacy. The only way all her information should be known is if she's someone other NBA players need to watch out for...although it's already been stated that many NBA players know of her. Kobe is innocent until proven guilty, and in the judgement the public passes on his accuser, she is innocent until proven guilty as well.

This was first I have seen of her. A friend just sent this to me over MSN messenger from LA. Scott, you are right, if that is her address, then this was not a cool thing to do. The poor girl is going to go through for the next year or so, with the media feeding frenzy.It took balls to press charges against someone like Kobe(I am assuming she believes she was raped)
It is completely legal to post her information - it is all open records and anyone could find it if they wanted to look hard enough.
However it is not ethical. Any newspaper in the country could legally print all that stuff, but they dont because it is unethical.
