Well I'm working.
I thought pretty much everyone has the day off, but I have been informed this is not the case. I'm a stay at home mom so you can say, I work everyday or I stay home everyday. I'm just glad that on days like today (a wee bit hungover) I can move at my own pace.
Well I'm working.
I'm in Canada, so no holiday for me.
However, I'm working for an American company; I could have used a day off.

I'm ing stuck working here too. Pretty much all heavy retail places are open. Our parts guy worked a half day but our services guys are off. I can't imagine that anyone wants to work on a day like this. You'd think employers would take motivation into account but alas money ing talks.
I know Edgewood is anti American and has classes today.
had to work 9:30-6:30...doh!!!
work till 3, so an hour and half more. Luckily nothing is going on and Im all caught up so Im watching Lost Episodes getting ready for the season finale this week.
I work tonight like every other holiday.
I worked today, but with double pay. So I guess that amounts to 2 pennies instead of just 1.

I had to cover my boss' shift as well as my own today, so here I am.
I pressure washed my deck, my patio, my garage, and my driveway. So yah, I'm working.
Didn't break up any fights or public altercations??? Hardly the life of a real American Hero.

My wife and I have been busting our butts all weekend getting the house ready to sell.
Just got off work here.
start the new job tomorrow but if I had already started, I would most likely have been working.
I'm at work now.
I had school, if that counts.
Had to work Sunday and today. Even after that, I'm still behind and will have to stay late all week.
I put in my 8 hours and it was my day off too
