That is funny. Maybe money talks? Or maybe the league somehow could require him to do the ad? I'm sure he could have done his part in Indiana, he wouldn't have had to travel. I guess we'll never know the whole story...

It got me too. Bird is how I found the NBA, it was nice to see him, especially with Magic. Those were some great games.
